    The elaboration of a good wine depends on many factors, even if we cannot influence all of them, some of the parameters responsible for the taste and duration of the wine as well as the type and quantity of the dissolved gas can be controlled. The concentration of carbon dioxide contributes very much to the sensorial part and other gases like dissolved oxygen provoke different alterations.

    INOXPA has designed a new system used to accurately increase or decrease the concentration of gases in the wine-making process.

    The WineBrane® offers the possibility to manage, directly and precisely, the gases on different stages of vinification. It is a new control system designed to adjust the concentration of dissolved gases and the content of alcohol. The unit is used to gas wines till saturation or reduce the concentration of gases in wine.
