INOXPA has been manufacturing customised articles for many years to satisfy the needs of our customers.
Our experience confirms the high quality of the pieces.
Our technical department reduces possible dead legs and weld points to a minimum in order to obtain the most aseptic design.

The production department is highly experienced in orbital welding, internal and external polishing, and electropolishing. High quality of the raw materials is our basis (elbows, clamp ferrules, pipes, etc. in compliance with ASME BPE standards).

Our quality department has a vast knowledge of ASME BPE, 3A, USP and FDA standards. The department performs the process control to ensure the traceability of its components and issues the corresponding certificates (materials, surface finishes, etc.).

Design of every customised manifold or special part is studied and adapted to the customer’s requirements and the customer is advised of the drainability, cleaning, simple manufacture process, functionality, etc.

All internal weld points but the smallest diameters are always polished. Orbital welding is the common practice.
