POINTS OF USE

INOXPA has been manufacturing customised articles for many years to satisfy the needs of our customers.
Our experience confirms the high quality of the pieces.
Our technical department reduces possible dead legs and weld points to a minimum in order to obtain the most aseptic design.

The production department is highly experienced in orbital welding, internal and external polishing, and electropolishing. High quality of the raw materials is our basis (elbows, clamp ferrules, pipes, etc. in compliance with ASME BPE standards).
Our quality department has a vast knowledge of ASME BPE, 3A, USP and FDA standards. The department performs the process control to ensure the traceability of its components and issues the corresponding certificates(materials, surface finishes, etc.).

The points of use of the water loops are designed to enable water for injections (WFI) or purified water (PW) to be discharged with minimum risk of contamination to the circuit. The points of use may consist of a 180º elbow with a valve at the lowest point or an NDL valve with elbows. In the latter case, the point of use is configured with zero dead legs.
