Special features Special features

Mixing equipment

This equipment is commonly used for this kind of dairy processes, enabling adding solids by vacuum to create the blend, recirculating in a larger volume tank.

In this case, the mixing system mainly comprises a tank under vacuum, with liquids pumped in and the level kept constant using a load cell and a modulating valve, while the liquid is extracted using another pump set to a predetermined flow rate.

The liquid portion is preheated prior to reaching the mixing equipment to make mixing the product easier, then the resulting mix is cooled again to limit any loss of the product’s properties.

Solids are added in vacuum to the blender using a big-bag unloading station with weight control to set the amount of solids required by the recipe, as well as a bag dump station where the pre-weighed ingredients are already added.

Big-bag unloading station

The big-bag unloading station has a massaging system and a bag cutting system in order to avoid products from spilling from the bags and to make it easier for operatives to manually close the big-bag.

Heat treatment

The supplied heat treatment equipment comprises a pasteuriser and a heater or temperature controller at a low temperature, which improves the product conditions during its final phase. The fully automatic pasteurising equipment is self-cleaning and  uses plates and comes with a booster pump and pressure controls.

Valve manifold

The valve manifolds include mixproof valves, with welded housings and AS-i control tops. Some of the supplied valves have mixed housings of different sizes.
