INOXPA, S.A.U. defines its Quality Policy as the framework for establishing the company’s objectives. We use the mission to define the company, its functions and its activity in the market, and the vision to define its objectives.

Our commitment is to provide solutions and technology to the food, pharmaceutical- cosmetic, beverage and dairy industries around the world to improve people's living conditions in a sustainable way.
Vision
Positioning the “Inoxpa” brand among the global leaders in equipment and services for the sanitary and hygenic industrial sectors.
This must be achieved by offering comprehensive solutions adapted to the needs of the end customer, with focus on quality and service, maximizing the return on investment for our shareholders and creating optimal working conditions and professional development opportunities for our team.
Ours Values
Our way of working is based on five core values:
‒ Leadership, fostering initiative and people’s development;
‒ Respect, acting with empathy and responsibility;
‒ Customer service, anticipating customers’ needs;
‒ A job well done, ensuring quality and continual improvement; and
‒ Commitment, taking responsibility for shared results and objectives.
More specific annual objectives will be set out in the business plan approved by the Board of Directors, which will clearly define both quantitative and qualitative objectives, the strategy, the action plan and the monitoring arrangements.
As a key tool for setting objectives and monitoring progress, each area will have clear, measurable indicators, which will serve as the main means of achieving objectives and improving quality.
Quality is enhanced through a systematic approach to formalising processes and procedures aimed at preventing deficiencies, using the guidelines of the ISO 9001 standard.
The company’s commitment to its Vision and to continual quality improvement entails adherence to the following principles:
• All members of INOXPA, S.A.U. are involved in achieving quality.
• Quality is achieved through perseverance in daily work; it is not a matter of a single day’s effort or obtaining certification.
• The final quality of the service provided to the customer is the result of planned, systematic actions for prevention, detection, correction and continual improvement throughout the service cycle.
• Pursuing technological innovation in line with market developments, with the aim of achieving higher levels of competitiveness and leadership.
• INOXPA, S.A.U. works to embed the concept of customer satisfaction for both external and internal customers.
• To meet customers’ needs consistently, it is essential to ensure that their needs are understood and can be fulfilled.
• Ensuring that products meet the specified requirements and, to this end, strengthening inspection and control activities.
• Customer orders must be delivered in accordance with the agreed commitments, including delivery time, quality, price, identification, packaging and product information.
• Customer satisfaction is also achieved within the parameters established by the relevant authorities, through proper environmental management and risk prevention for both the environment and the company’s own personnel.
INOXPA, S.A.U. assesses the achievement of these general objectives through systematic monitoring and the use of the most appropriate Quality Management systems, in order to maximise customer satisfaction.
For this reason, General Management has decided to implement a quality management system based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard within the company and is committed to meeting the applicable requirements to achieve continual improvement of the quality management system.
