Os filtros têm uma ampla variedade de aplicações nas indústrias alimentar e cosmética, em algumas indústrias químicas e em serviços auxiliares da industria farmacêutica.
São de design sanitário e são usados para filtrar partículas que possam danificar as bombas ou outros equipamentos.
81700/82700/83700 Filtros
O filtro é composto basicamente por um corpo com uma entrada e uma saída de produto. Dentro do corpo, é fixado o crivo que retém todas as partículas que tenham um tamanho superior ou igual à passagem da malha.
Existem várias configurações:
- Limpeza do crivo sem desmontar o filtro:
Filtro de esquadria (82700): a entrada e a saída do produto formam um ângulo reto.
Filtro reto curto (83700): a entrada e a saída do produto estão na mesma direção.
- Limpeza do crivo desmontando o filtro:
Filtro reto (81700): a entrada e a saída do produto estão na mesma direção.
Reduzida perda de carga.
Conexões: DIN EN 10357 série A e ASTM A269/270 (corresponde a tubo OD).
Crivo com orifício circular (Ø 0,5 mm a Ø 5 mm) ou orifício longitudinal (10 x 1 mm).
