A válvula INNOVA D é uma válvula pneumática de assento simples com junta de fecho dupla que, através de uma câmara de deteção de fugas, entre as duas juntas, à pressão atmosférica, permite uma separação segura entre os dois produtos, um dos quais é habitualmente CIP (produto de limpeza).

A aplicação de ar comprimido no atuador e nos detetores de fugas é feita simultaneamente para evitar que ocorram fugas através do detetor quando a válvula se abre. Válvula aberta-detetores fechados/válvula fechada-detetores abertos.
A câmara de deteção de fugas é limpa através de um dos dois detetores de fugas disponíveis.

Desenho e características

Juntas de asiento de perfil específico, la superior cónica, la inferior radial.
Válvula principal con actuador neumático de simple efecto (NC) y válvulas de detección de fugas normalmente abiertas (NO).
Fácil desmontaje piezas internas aflojando una abrazadera clamp.
Linterna abierta permite inspección visual de obturación del eje.
Cuerpo orientable 360º.
