INOXPA is strengthening its global capacity through strategic production centres. The plant located in Banyoles (Spain) acts as the Group’s nerve centre, steering the design of tailored solutions, while the centre in India intensifies international expansion, injecting competitiveness and agility.

The production centre in Banyoles : Efficiency and innovation 

The production centre in Banyoles plays a key role in INOXPA’s activity, standing out for its technical capacity, operating efficiency and commitment to quality. This centre combines industrial tradition with a firm focus on innovation and continuous improvement. It is also the operational hub, where directives for the rest of the Group’s production centres are established.

Beyond technology, Banyoles is characterised by a team of qualified professionals, backed by extensive experience and continuous training.

Everything starts in the design, engineering and R&D department, where products are developed. From there, the production process begins in the machining area, using specialised technology, complemented by finishing and welding operations that ensure the strength and structural integrity of each item.

Once these phases are complete, the components undergo various surface treatments such as polishing to improve their finish and hygiene, shot blasting to prepare surfaces for subsequent processes and cleaning to remove any residue.

In parallel, rigorous metrology checks take place to ensure the dimensional accuracy of every article.

The next stage is assembly, resulting in finished products. The products then undergo checks on test benches to verify their function, followed by a final inspection to check the overall quality of the product before it leaves the factory.

The components are prepared for delivery through specific packaging processes that ensure their protection along with efficient shipping logistics that guarantee that they reach their destination in perfect condition. This completes a comprehensive production process that showcases the experience, technology and commitment to excellence that define INOXPA.

The production centre in India: Consolidated and competitive  

The INOXPA India plant, located in an extremely dynamic economic environment, highlights our strategy for expanding global production capacity and optimising operating efficiency. The facility comprises two main production buildings. The first building is for manufacturing and for processing raw materials and waste management. The second is for integral solutions and storage, assembly and shipping operations.
