Depending on the type of article, enter the following:

For articles with food grade finish, enter the heat number marked on the item, including the letters HT (e.g. HT S5874)
For pipes, enter the heat number marked on them (e.g. 608250)
For articles with pharmaceutical grade finish, enter the batch number marked on the item or specified on the delivery note and invoice (e.g. IP2200003)
