1. SUBJECT MATTER
The provider, who is responsible for the Website, makes this document available to users in order to fulfil the obligations provided for in Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), and to inform all Website users about the terms of use of the Website.
Anyone accessing this Website shall be considered a user, and shall agree to strictly observe and comply with the provisions herein established, and such other statutory provisions as may apply.
The provider reserves the right to change any information whatsoever posted on the Website, but there shall be no obligation to give notice or inform users of any such changes, and uploading them onto the provider’s Website shall be deemed sufficient.

The provider declines any liability whatsoever in connection with the information posted on its Website where this information shall have been manipulated or inserted by a third party unrelated to the provider.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CLAUSE WITH RESPECT TO THE ONLINE APPLICATION
The provider is the only proprietor of the application software. This licence is only a non-exclusive licence to use the application without any territorial restrictions whatsoever, for an unlimited term, until and unless one party decides to revoke the rights, and which only allows the application to be used and run online and exclusively through the INOXPA WEBSITE and Domains (these terms may vary depending on the specific features of the online application).
The provider at no time grants any property right in and to the software, but licenses the right to use the same on the terms described in this licence, and no authority shall at any time be deemed to have been given to publicly reproduce and disseminate, assign, sell, rent or loan the same, and you agree not to howsoever assign its use in whole or in part, and not to disclose, publish, or otherwise make it available to other parties.
All logos, trade names, sound, audio-visual content, signage and signs, without limitation, included in the application, are protected by their respective proprietors’ intellectual property rights and therefore it is absolutely forbidden for the software user to decompile, reproduce, copy, modify or otherwise manipulate any of the application content, in whole or in part, and to modify either what it looks like or how it works.
5. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The resolution of all and any disagreements or disputes arising in connection with this Website or the Website activities carried on shall be governed by Spanish laws, which the parties expressly submit to, and the Courts and Tribunals of Girona, Spain, shall have jurisdiction for the resolution of all disputes arising out of or in connection with its use.
