Customer
The customer is RADIOCRAFT BREWERY ALBANO LAZIALE, a microbrewery in Rome that produces ale and lager craft beer.
Project
The customer needed reliable, state-of-the art compact equipment with automatic controls to produce two or three batches a day.
To complement the brewery, an additional hot liquor tank was required to prepare the water for the brewing phase and to recover energy, along with a cold liquor tank to cool the wort prior to the fermentation phase.

Installation characteristics
RMB1200 steam heated brew house, 1x 25 hl HWT, 1 x 25 hl CWT, 5 x CCT isobaric fermenters, 1 x 40 hl bright beer tank, and other equipment including malt mill, steam generator, chiller, canning and labelling equipment.
