The customer is a cosmetic company from Sweden specialized in producing shampoos, conditioners and hair masks.

They needed a versatile production unit to complement their existing plant.

We consider that INOXPA have very competitive prices and a service that matches our needs.

They already had other INOXPA mixers and pumps in their production.

A turn-key installation for the production of cosmetic products with the following characteristics:

Production tank 1000 L to work under vacuum and pressure (-1 / +0,5 bar)
Heating jacket for cooling and heating with isolation.
Bottom high shear mixer to produce emulsions
Anchor with scrapers to keep product homogeneous
Cell loads
3 INNOVA F-type tank bottom seat valves for discharge and suction of solids and liquids.
Vacuum unit
Autonomous heating / cooling unit
Control panel with PLC and HMI for management (temperature, suction powder/liquid, vacuum, pressure, mixers speed, alarms, etc.)
Platform with stairs in order to facilitate the operability and functionality
