They needed some versatile equipment to start manufacturing their products on an industrial scale.

Compact, simple and versatile solution enabling the preparation of any type of hair dye, gel or cosmetic cream on an industrial scale.
Installation characteristics
An automated plant for producing hair dyes, gels and creams is comprised of:
- 100 L preparation reactor with a tank bottom mixer, anchor type agitator, vertical cowler agitator and a flow defelctors to work under pressure and in a vacuum (-1/1 bar). It comes with load cells and a chamber for heating up to 100ºC and cooling.
- 300 L preparation skid with a tank bottom cowler, anchor type agitator and flow deflectors to work under pressure and in a vacuum (-1/1 bar). It comes with a chamber for heating up to 100ºC and cooling.
- SE-28 centrifugal pump with a trolley for CIP.
- Closed service bench for:
- Side channel pump to create vacuum in the mixing equipment.
- Valves and accessories for monitoring steam, cold water, vacuum and compressed air
- Instruments for monitoring the plant (levels, flow meter, pressure switches, temperature probes, etc.)
- Electric panel with PLC and HMI touchscreen. Programming using an adaptable recipe system. Includes VPN for remote operations.
