Social inclusion
INOXPA South Africa helps with social inclusion for people with disabilities through educational and work scheme sponsorship.
INOXPA’s donations enabled EmployAbility staff to support two people with disabilities - Nokulunga and Thobile - on their process to join the workforce.
The first phase of the scheme saw both of them receive the training needed to subsequently start their new jobs at the Khulisani farm, located at Tweedie, Howick. They are now working and performing different maintenance and production roles in the farm’s dairy processing room. Everyone has welcomed them to the farm and they are both valued members of the team.
