A complete facility including every service

The Pilot plant recreates an actual operational plant that includes a test area and a laboratory to assess samples and obtain contrasted results.

The installation offers similar conditions to those found in the pharmaceutical and food industries, and includes all the necessary services - an integrated continuous CIP cleaning system, a steam boiler, hot and cold water loops for double jacketed skids, compressed air and vacuum pump.

Tests performed in the Pilot plant aim to confirm the suitability of the skids, and optimise the production of sauces, biscuit filling, nutritional supplements, detergents, and cosmetic, pharmaceutical or veterinary creams. This has resulted in improved homogenisation, emulsification and texture of the products.

Our research and development team find the Pilot plant invaluable, the standard tests and trials contribute to the development of new products and unique solutions: dispersion of thickeners, milk concentration, syrup and mayonnaise preparation.

Furthermore, we offer the possibility of performing online testing via streaming technology. This solution enables customers to follow each step of the test in real time, interact with our experts, observe how the product behaves in the skids and analyse the end result. To complete the experience, we provide an in-depth technical report and samples of the end product for analysis and validation.

All in-person or virtual tests at the Pilot plant must be arranged with INOXPA in advance. We welcome requests for tests and will analyse the type of test required, confirm the availability of the equipment and schedule a visit that fits the proposal.
